Ceramic fiber blanket energy-saving application technology

Ceramic fiber blanket materials have been widely used as energy-saving materials for modern kiln furnaces.

In terms of material properties, the ceramic fiber blanket is an amorphous material in a metastable state.

It will inevitably devitrify and “degenerate” during high temperature and long-term use;

Use Al[v2]O[v3]/Sio[v2] high R[v2]O and other materials with low impurity content and stable physical properties, and eliminate the use of “super temperature load” to avoid it. Early damage and achieve the desired energy saving effect.

It has a very low thermal conductivity and is 3 to 4 times more insulating than traditional insulation materials (ceramic fibers, calcium silicate, rock wool, etc.). The highest refractory temperature is 1600 degrees.

And the thermal conductivity rises very little in the high temperature range. Good thermal stability, less heat storage, and heat shock.
