Method for performing oxidation on ceramic fiber blanket

We need to oxidize ceramic fiber blanket when processing it, so what is its specific method? The following knowledge will explain in detail.

  1. Surface pretreatment: The surface of the ceramic fiber blanket is cleaned by chemical or physical methods, and the pure matrix is exposed, in order to obtain a complete and dense artificial oxide film, and a mirror or matte surface can also be obtained by mechanical means.
  2. Anodizing: The ceramic fiber blanket after surface pretreatment, under certain process conditions, anodizing occurs on the surface of the substrate, resulting in a dense, porous, and strong AL203 film layer.
  3. Sealing: The pores of the porous oxide film formed after anodizing are closed to enhance the anti-pollution, corrosion and abrasion resistance of the ceramic fiber blanket. The oxide film is colorless and transparent. The strong adsorption of the oxide film, which adsorbs and deposits some metal salts in the film pores, can make the appearance of the profile show many colors other than natural colors, such as: black, bronze, golden yellow, and stainless steel.
