Thermal conductivity of ceramic fiber blanket

Analysis of the thermal conductivity of ceramic fiber blankets: When the fiber blanket is at a high temperature of 1000 ° C, its thermal conductivity is only 15% of the refractory clay brick. Why is it so low? This can be analyzed from the following aspects.

1 temperature. At different temperatures, its thermal conductivity will correspond to the bulk density. Generally, this bulk density will increase as the temperature increases.

2 Bulk density. As the bulk density increases, the thermal conductivity of the aluminum silicate fiber will decrease, but the magnitude of this decrease is continuously decreasing. When the bulk density increases beyond a certain range, the thermal conductivity will not increase but will increase.
