What’s so special about laying ceramic fiber blankets?

Ceramic fiber blankets are widely used in sound insulation, thermal insulation and fire prevention of light wall. It plays a vital role in today’s day. So what should be paid attention to during the construction of the equipment?

1. When laying the ceramic fiber blanket, the veneer faces the indoor side and is perpendicular to the purlin, leaving an additional 20 cm of rolled felt on the eaves of one side, and fix it on the outer purlin with a special clamp or double-sided tape.
2. Ensure the alignment and tension when unwinding. Lay the ceramic fiber blanket on the other side of the eaves. Leave the same 20cm roll felt, and fix it on the outermost purlin with special clamps or double-sided tape.
3. The two rolls of cotton are joined together by binding with a stapler on the veneer burr.
4. Equipment roof color steel plate, remove the special fixture at the eaves, and use the reserved 20 cm veneer to close the glass wool.
